Whether you’re a big shot TV Producer or a DIY Content Creator, we have packages and rentals of all sizes to help you achieve your creative vision.
Please keep in mind, sets do change frequently and some props may be swapped out or placed elsewhere; please check in with us before your rental if you have any questions about the current sets.
Booking Policy
All rentals must be paid in full. There are no refunds once your booking is confirmed.
To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive full studio credit by cancelling earlier than 24hrs from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling within 24hrs.
The studio must be returned to the way you received it before your end time.
For rentals outside of our regular hours (after 9 pm or before 9 am), please contact us.

Capacity
Portrait/creative rentals is designed for 2 Photographers & 4 Models total.
To add additional artists, please use our add-on feature at checkout.
Makeup, Hair, Wardrobe & Producers are also allowed and do not count towards model/photographer limit
Mini sessions
Yes we allow mini sessions! The capacity doesn't count for mini sessions, as we understand you will have several clients coming throughout the day! If you have a family of 15+ at once, please specify in notes when booking!
