1. Your time slot includes time required for you to set-up and clean-up. Early arrivals are not permitted and your end time is determined when you/your guests leave the studio. Overtime fees of $80/hr will be applied for any time spent in the studio after your booked time slot and will be applied at 30 minute intervals. All prices are subject to HST.

2. Your reservation includes up to 2 Photographers and 4 Models. If the number of guests exceeds our limit, please contact Studio Ethereal with more information. If you bring additional guests without contacting us, you will be charged $100/person.

3. Studio rental rates are for the space and furnishing only. Photography/videography equipment are not included.

4. Guests are expected to treat the space, furniture, equipment, etc in the studio and the building with respect.

5. Furniture pieces in the studio may change without prior notice.

6. Furniture pieces may be moved, but large pieces must be placed back in its original spot at the end of your booking. Furniture/mirrors must be moved by 2 people.

7. Garbage must be placed in garbage cans. A cleaning fee of $100 + HST will be applied to any bookings where garbage, spills, etc are left behind.

8. The studio is not soundproof. Please respect the neighbours upstairs and keep noise/music to a minimum.

9. Pets will require special permission and if permitted, there will be a $50 + HST fee, per pet. Pets are not permitted on the furniture; if the pet causes stains/damage on the furniture, there will be a charge of up to $500 +HST.

10. No drilling or hammering into the walls. If any tape/wall mounts added cause the paint to peel, you will be charged up to a $100 + HST fee to repaint the wall.

11. The studio cannot be used for shooting illegal, offensive or pornographic content.

12. Smoking, vaping and alcohol consumption are not permitted in the studio. Intoxicated guests are not permitted in the studio.

13. Damages to the studio, equipment, furniture, etc will result in a fee to repair/replace the item.

14. A studio manager will check the studio during a booking if we suspect there is a violation of studio rules.

15. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any bookings without a refund if guests fail to respect the studio manager and studio policies.

16. The studio shall not be liable to the Customer for any injury or damage to the Customer's person or property or that of their clients. The studio shall not be liable or responsible in any way for any loss or damage, injury or death to any person or property caused by any other licensee or occupant of the Premises or by the public. Without in any way limiting or affecting the generality or interpretation of the foregoing provision, it is agreed that the studio shall in no event be liable for any indirect or consequential damage suffered by the Customer.
