There's 2 parking spots at the back of the building. There's also street parking directly out front and on either side street.

Yes, we are a ground level storefront with no stairs and easy entry.

We get it, things happen, people run late, time dissolves when you’re creating.

So, because of that, every rental includes a 5 minute grace period before and after your booked time to allow a buffer for other clients to get in after you. This is NOT an extension of your studio time but a courtesy we offer to ensure a quality studio experience for all your fellow creatives.

Your rental gives you access to all the sets offered at Studio Ethereal, with no one else in the space during your allotted time. All we ask is that you put everything back as you receive the space. Further details are included in our Studio Policies.

We try to create a new set every couple of months to keep the space ever evolving for you!

For the most part yes, however as we are constantly evolving our sets may change slightly from what the photos show. If you have any specific questions just ask us!

Yes, but please be mindful of the floors and make sure to return everything to where you found it.

For a number of boring reasons (parking, bathroom facilities, the age of the building, insurance etc.) yes, really.

Every rental is good for 2 photographers and 4 models.

But don’t worry, we’ve made it super easy for you to add extra models and photographers upon checkout! Just look for our add-ons :)

All of those #’s have been taken into account when determining our rental fees. If you’re unsure, please reach out to ensure smooth sailing on Studio Day.

With prior notice, yes! Our collection is highly curated ($$$) so if you’re interested in using any of our headpieces, jewelry or designer items, you can check out our rentals in The Vault, coming soon!

Unfortunately anyone caught using our items (smile! you’re on camera!) without prior approval will be invoiced for the full amount of the item without question.

We have 2 continuous light softboxes available during your rental and we offer 2 RGB LED flood lights you can select as add-ons for $15 each.
